No. You can be a coach yourself, hire coaches, or focus on the business side while your team delivers the sessions. Many successful operators aren't coaches—they're business builders and community organisers. We provide full training and systems to support you either way.

Management: You operate under the Football Squirts brand with zero financial commitment. Perfect for coaches who want to stay hands-on with less admin burden. You can step into ownership later if you choose.

This scales from weekly sessions (£500–£1.5k per session across your week) plus camps, parties, schools contracts, and 1-on-1 sessions. Uncapped once you're established. Growth beyond the initial territory is also possible.

Weekly classes (Little Squirts, Mini Squirts, Super Squirts, Legends age groups), school contracts, nursery sessions, birthday parties, holiday camps, 1-on-1 coaching, and more. You're not limited to Saturday mornings. The best operators build multi-revenue territories running sessions across the whole week.
