Football Squirts classes

📅 Classes & Booking

What age groups do you cater for?

Our classes are designed for children aged 2–6 years, with age-appropriate activities matched to each group's developmental stage.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes — we offer a FREE trial session at any of our weekly classes. Book it online and come and see what Football Squirts is all about.

How long is each session?

Weekly classes run for 45 minutes — the ideal length for young children to stay engaged without getting overtired.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

Not at all — we bring everything needed. You don't have to provide a single piece of kit.

Can I get a Football Squirts kit for my child?

Yes! Kits can be selected at the time of booking and will be available for collection at the session.

What to bring to Football Squirts

👟 What to Bring & Wear

What should my child wear?

Comfortable sportswear is ideal. Children should wear appropriate sports shoes — clean trainers, football shoes, or anything with a good grip. This is especially important for sessions held in sports halls.

Should I bring a drink?

Yes — please bring a drink in a bottle for your child, preferably with a sports cap to avoid spillages during the session.

When should we arrive?

Please aim to arrive in good time before your session starts so your child is ready to go when the coach begins.

Football Squirts coaches

🎓 Coaches & Safety

Are your coaches qualified?

Yes — all our coaches are FA-qualified and DBS-checked, with experience in early years education and working in school environments.

What does Football Squirts help my child develop?

While football is at the heart of what we do, our sessions develop so much more. Children build gross motor skills including stability, balance, spatial awareness, coordination and agility — providing the foundation for healthy bodies, active lifestyles, and social and emotional wellbeing.
